REALTORS ATTEND CRS 200

Carole Cooke, Re/Max United, Paula Waters and Delores Clark, Benchmark Brokers recently received certificates for CRS 200. The course was held at the Newnan Campus of the State University of West Georgia, October 26-27. It was entitled Business Development for the Residential Specialist.

Only 5% of all Realtors hold the CRS title. The requirements for Certified Residential Specialist involves completion of three 16 hour courses which involves testing at the end of each course. A minimum of 75 transactions within 5 consecutive years are required. Agents also receive elective credits which can be used toward 10 points that are also required for the designation.
